As founder of DevicePharm, Clay brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing with medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences companies. He has provided strategic marketing counsel to three publicly traded companies during their startup, pre-IPO periods.

Clay is also a founder, director, and patent-holder of Tenex Health and serves on the Advisory Board of DxTerity Diagnostics.

Brendon oversees the creative and design aspects of all print, web, and multimedia projects and ensures a seamless correlation between the design and brand. His designs for healthcare clients have garnered multiple awards for creative excellence.

Brendon received multiple Addy Awards, a Davey Award, and a PEAK Award of Excellence, was featured in design publications, and is recognized by the Art Director’s Club.

Jordan Richardson

Jordan’s expertise includes creating award-winning interactive experiences for brands such as Genentech, Allergan, Prezista, Gilead Sciences, Toshiba, BMW, and MINI Cooper. His passion is to create intuitive and artistic interactions that push the possibilities of the screen medium.

He brings an extensive skill set in Adobe products, video, motion graphics, and UI design, as well as Flash and Actionscript development.

As a passionate brand builder, creative catalyst, and copywriter for more than 25 years, Kip’s award-winning portfolio is both broad and deep. But perhaps even important, he’s “fluent” in virtually every media—from print, interactive, and broadcast to direct, CRM and POS.

Kip holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and is currently a member of the Program Advisory Council at the Art Institute of California – Orange County.

Immigrating from the Ukraine in 1989, Elina grew up in New York and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing from Binghamton University (SUNY).
